Nausea, morning sickness, indigestion, you name it, these are the perfect treatments for an upset stomach
So today, I wanted to share with you three organic fresh-made teas that really good for your belly.
I don’t know, and ever since I was a little kid, I’ve just always had a susceptible stomach. So I’ve learned a few tips and tricks on easing stomach troubles and stomach pain nausea.
These three teas are my go-to tease. I love making them, they’re really delicious, and they’re fresh, they’re organic, so good for your stomach.
So if you’re suffering from stomach issues or you enjoy tea, you’re gonna really love these tees. I’m so excited to share with you.

First Tea for Soothe your Stomach
So the first thing I’m going to make is a simple, fresh mint tea.
All you are going to do is take the mint. You’re going to muddle it in a mug, and you’re going to add hot water, and if you want, you can add a little bit of honey.
And that is it, and you have fresh mint tea.
Oh my goodness, it smells so good.
This is one of my favorite teas. You only add a little bit of Honey has it sweetens very easily because it’s just the mint and the water. Still, mint is perfect for indigestion and gas, so if you feel like you have some indigestion, like you have some gas in your belly, make this tea, and it will really soothe your stomach.
Second Tea for Cleansing Toxins Out of Your Body
So the next tea is I’m gonna make is a ginger lime tea. Ginger and lime are two of my favorite things.
They taste so good together, and Ginger is perfect for morning sickness, but especially nausea, and it is perfect for anti-inflammatory.
So if you’re feeling bloated, it really helps with that, and Limes are perfect for kind of cleansing toxins out of your body.
So together, they just work magic.
So you’re going to take your lime, and you’re going just to cut it in half and squeeze it in the cup or your mug.
And then you’re going to take the ginger and just cut around it.
Some people like to peel Ginger, but it’s just easier to cut the skin off.
I’m just going to cut around it, cut some slivers, and put it in your mug.
So I like to roll lemons and limes before cutting them because it helps loosen up the juices.
So you get more when you squeeze it.
Just roll it, and you’re going to cut it.
Ginger is spicy, so you don’t have to go ham with the ginger, but I like it spicy. So I put a lot you’re going just to muddle it in.
Add some honey, and you are just going to add your hot water so good.
I love this tea, and I usually make this if I’m feeling nauseous. This tea always kind of snapped me out of it and made me feel better.
Third Tea for Reduce Belly Fat
So this last Tea is my go-to tea. I make it almost every single night. It’s lemon, honey, and apple cider vinegar, and this Tea Just really helps detoxify your body, and it just always makes me feel good after I drink it.
I drink it at night before I go to bed, and I always wake up, and I feel great the next day, the next day.
So I’m going to show you how I make that tea.
For this tea, you’re going to use one or two slices of lime.
And then you’re going to add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
I like to use brown organic apple cider vinegar.
I like to keep everything organic, so I only drink organic teas.
So I have the apple cider vinegar and then the honey, so the first thing going to do is slice the lemons, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and then you’re going to add as much honey as you like and hot water.
And that’s it, and as I said, I drink it every night.
Lemons are perfect for increasing or helping your digestion. Apple cider vinegar is really going to cleansing your body and actually help reduce belly fat for me.
It helps to prevent bloating, so I love that.
It’s a little bit of honey and hot water, and you have the best tea ever.
I love this one so so much, mmm, so good.
So those are my three go-to teas whenever I have an upset stomach, also to prevent any upset stomachs, prevent bloating, and just to help me feel great through a day. Because, as I mentioned since I was a kid, I’ve always had stomach issues. I’ve always had an upset stomach or felt bloated.
So I just use these remedies to help prevent it and help when I get the symptoms, and I love this tea so much.
